| Sponsor & Vendor Instructions for Women in Business Expo January 29, 2020 – 5:00 to 8:00 pm Delta Hotels by Marriott, 200 Genesee Street, Utica, NY |
- Each Sponsor & Vendor will be assigned a 6ft table and two chairs
- Banners or Signs cannot be attached to any of the walls at the Delta Hotel
- Set up begins at 3:00 pm. Tables must be set up by 4:30 pm
- All tables must be paid in advance before the event
- Free Parking is provided in the attached garage
- Food for the Sponsors and Vendors will be provided in a separate room. This is only for Sponsors and Vendors, not the public.
- Door Prizes will be kept at your table with a bag provided to collect RED door prize tickets. Each attendee will be given one free RED door price ticket. Additional RED door prize tickets can be purchased $5 for 10 additional tickets. RED door prize drawings will start at 7:00 pm. You must be present to win a door prize.
- Flat Screen Television Raffle – BLUE raffle tickets can be purchased for $5 per ticket. You do not need to be present but you must provide a phone number to be answered before 8:00 pm, if no answer another winner will be chosen.
- Breakdown of tables will begin at 8:00 pm no sooner.
